đ Cybersecurity Club Hit 1,500 Members: Join us for Free Learning, Networking & Connecting!
Cybersecurity Club is now 1,500 members strong on Discord!
What started as a small group has grown into a community where practitioners at every level collaborate and push each other forward.
Whether youâre already a member or considering joining, hereâs who we are, what weâve built, and where weâre heading nextâŠ
Whoâs in the Community
Our community is a cross-section of the industry, creating a direct line between the next generation and the veterans securing the worldâs infrastructure.
Our community includes:
Cybersecurity Speakers, Trainers, & Educators: We are fortunate to have industry leaders, world-class instructors, and authors of global security standards active within our ranks.
Senior Leadership & Industry Veterans: This group includes CISOs, senior software architects, and consultants with 20+ years of experience who join to stay sharp on current exploits or lead independent research.
Experienced & Intermediate Pros: Practitioners with 1 to 5 years of experience focused on advancing their expertise in areas like cloud security, AI security, and red/blue team operations.
Advanced Technical Practitioners: Highly skilled users moving past general knowledge and into specialized technical fields. These members focus on the deep âhowâ of security, in topics like Reverse Engineering, Malware Analysis, and Network Pentesting.
Career Switchers: Professionals from other technical or corporate sectors who are re-entering the tech space and looking for a clear path into the security field.
Students: Newcomers looking for hands-on practice, certification materials, and a roadmap to getting hired.
What Weâre Discussing
The conversations in our Discord and workshops focus on real-world application, skill building, and problem solving. These are the focus areas currently being explored by our members:
Red Teaming: Offensive security operations and penetration testing.
Blue Teaming: Defensive security operations, monitoring, and threat detection.
Cloud Security: Securing AWS, Azure, GCP, and multi-cloud environments.
Reverse Engineering: Binary analysis and software internals.
Malware Analysis: Understanding and dissecting threats.
Malware Development: Building and testing security samples in controlled environments.
Network Penetration Testing: Auditing network infrastructure and services.
Web Application Security: OWASP testing, API security, and vulnerability exploitation.
Threat Hunting: Proactively identifying intrusions and investigating suspicious activity.
OSINT: Open-source intelligence gathering and reconnaissance techniques.
Bug Bounty Hunting: Finding and reporting vulnerabilities for rewards.
DevSecOps: Securing CI/CD pipelines, container security, and infrastructure as code.
Digital Forensics & Incident Response: Investigating breaches and analyzing artifacts.
AI Security: Securing AI/ML systems, prompt injection, and model vulnerabilities.
Cryptography: Implementation, analysis, and breaking weak crypto.
Active Directory Security: Attacking and defending enterprise identity systems.
Mobile Security: iOS and Android application testing.
Certification Roadmaps: Navigating paths to OSCP, CEH, CISSP, and more.
What Weâve Accomplished So Far
We believe that high level technical growth happens when you can learn directly from those setting the standards. To support our members, we provide direct access to world class experts.
Here are some of the experts weâve hosted recently:
Dave Piscitello (Interisle Consulting Group): Joined us to present findings from the Cybercrime Supply Chain study, deconstructing how criminals acquire the naming and hosting resources needed for global phishing campaigns.
Karen Scarfone (Scarfone Cybersecurity): Led a live Q&A session on the NIST SP 800-115, the gold standard for security testing that she co-authored, providing rare insight into the technical aspects of conducting assessments.
Hudson (Founder of Cloud Brewery): Provided a workshop on the CCSP certification, sharing a roadmap that has helped over 29,000 students navigate the complexities of secure cloud architecture.

Educational Scholarships
Our goal is to ensure cost is never a barrier to technical mastery. We have partnered with leading trainers to provide our members with free scholarships and access to premium training programs, including:
CompTIA Security+ Training: Professional certification prep led by Jason Dion (Dion Training).
Ethical Hacking From Scratch: Hands-on offensive security fundamentals with Zaid Sabih (zSecurity).
Wireshark Certified Analyst: Packet analysis and network forensics training by Chris Greer (Packet Pioneer).
Phishing Attacks & Defense: Specialized social engineering and infrastructure defense with Roger Galitz (5Shield).
Certified Cloud Security Professional: High-level AWS and cloud architecture roadmaps through Cloud Brewery.
Whatâs Next?
We have a full schedule of live workshops and expert Q&A sessions coming up.
